- What is a responder seat?
- Anyone who goes on call or acknowledges a page. Pro includes 3 and Business includes 15, then $10/mo for each extra one. Everyone else is a member: free and unlimited, with full read and status-page access.
- Annual or monthly?
- Annual is billed once a year and works out lower per month. Monthly costs a little more and renews each month. You can switch between them whenever you like.
- Which currency will I be charged in?
- We show and charge in GBP, USD or EUR based on your location, with no conversion fees. Each price is set for its currency rather than converted at an exchange rate.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay only the prorated difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current period, and you keep your paid features until then.
- Do you offer education or non-profit discounts?
